🏰 Les Puelles Castle. An ancient medieval castle with a plot of almost 1000 m² and 360º views.

📍Located at the top of the village and probably built in the 11th century. With modifications from the 17th century and later, revealing some old structures made with well-worked stone ashlars, combined with sections of faced masonry, tied with mortar. On the lintel of the main window is the date 1686, although it is quite older. In 2019 it was restored and consolidated.

📖 It belonged to the Counts of Urgell and was enfeoffed by several lords over time. At the beginning of the 14th century it belonged to Guillermo Bresons, from whom it passed to Joan Teuxent. He sold it to Pere Terrer de Berga, who, in 1376, sold it to Bernat Guillem de Peramola. From there it passed to Bernat Torremorell and then to Galcerà Comenge. In the 16th century it was owned by the Castelló family. At that time, the area was called Puelles i Espolla and was uninhabited and uninhabited.

🏘️ Les Puelles is a quiet medieval village in the Urgel region, in the province of Lleida and in the municipality of Agramunt (5 minutes away). One hour from Barcelona andorra. It has 14 inhabitants and is located 349 meters above sea level.

📐 942 m² of plot surface, of which 290 m² belong to the surface of the castle, 120 m² to the parking lots and 35 m² to the old silo. The rest are accesses and garden. In total 942 m² built plus the silo.

In the cellar we find two Romanesque arches. Upper floor, rehabilitated and ready to be renovated, with capacity for up to 6 rooms with their respective toilets, a main toilet, kitchen and living room. Up to five drains have been designed, conveniently distributed for the upper floor (to be renovated according to the project or use that is to be given) it has a toilet with a shower, heater, 1000 litre reserve water tank, water pump and heater. The roof drainage system has been updated and remodelled. The attic roof has been fixed, maintaining the original appearance. It has a large front and back patio, with parking areas. Great opportunity for any use. Both for private use and for sets for series or films, Escape Room outings, rural house, etc.
